Accessing Email
In order to access email using our service you need to setup an email client or
use one of our webmail interfaces. Below you will find instructions for using some
of the commonly available email clients.
Requirements: You will need to have the following information available.
If you do not know this information please contact us by phone or use our email
support request form.
- Email Username: Note that your username is simply the left hand
side of your email address. Ex: jdoe@domain.com your username would then simply
be jdoe
- Password: The password associated with your email account
- Incoming email server: This is the server that your email client
will use to receive email. If using POP3 this is often referred to as POP3 Server.

- Outgoing email server: This is the server that your email client
will use to send email. This is often referred to as SMTP Server.

Webmail: provides ability to check email with no email client software
to be installed on your local machine. All hosting plans supporting email provide
a webmail interface as part of feature set.
