Accessing FTP Account

In order to access ftp using our service you need to setup an ftp client. Below you will find instructions for using some of the commonly available ftp clients.

Requirements: You will need to have the following information available. If you do not know this information please contact us by phone or use our email support request form.

• FTP Username: The username associated with your hosting account. Note if uploading files for your website this account also needs to be the siteadmin account.
  
  
• FTP Password: The password associated with your hosting account
  
  
• FTP Server: This is your website address or ftp site address. Example www.mydomain.com or ftp.mydomain.com
